4 Years apprentice chef / 15 Years qualified chef hotel and restaurant manager.

My Blog

I was born in Sydney NSW, brought up in Lillydale Victoria, and then moved to Rainbow Beach Queensland when I was a young teenager.

At the age of 16 I moved to the Gold Coast to start a career as a chef. I trained as a chef for 4 years between Brisbane and the Gold Coast in Queensland Australia, after I finished my 4 years of training I continued to work as a chef working my way up in the hospitality industry mainly working on tropical islands in north Queensland Australia.

After working in the tropical islands I decided to travel to Canada my first over seas adventure. Arriving in Canada I found my self in a job training young chefs in canada, during this time I fell in love with snowboarding and the more I went the more I loved it.
When I came back to Australia I headed for the snowy mountains looking for a job in a ski resort so I could keep doing what I loved to do and that is snowboarding. I got a job as a rookie snowboard instructor.

I have been a snowboard instructor ever since, Now I am training other snowboard instructors. I travel from the Southern to Northern winters teaching snowboarding. Based out of : Vail - Beaver Creek, Colorado USA and Mt. Buller Ski & Snowboard School, Australia.
